MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity providing care and support to people affected by Motor Neuron Disease (MND), as well as funding research to take us a step closer to a cure.

We want a world without Motor Neuron Disease. My Dad had this dreadful disease over 40 years ago but the struggle for a cure still goes on .

Stef and I are tackling The West Highland Way in May this year. It's very much a case of walking not running that mile. Slow deliberate steps, we will get there! We thought that perhaps a bit of funding might encourage us on our way and chose this charity as it's close to our hearts, to help find a cure for this devastating disease.

Sponsoring us will also help MND Scotland to provide practical, financial, and emotional support to people affected by MND.
