10 years ago I lost David ( my hubbie)

and 4 years ago I lost Kelly ( my daughter)

to suicide and my heart goes out to anyone who is suffering with their mental health.

In May 2025, I am hiking over 500 klms of the Camino Way in Spain, from Burgos to Santiago de Compostela in memory of David and Kelly as well as raising funds for Mhist who are a local Mental Health charity based in Bolton.

Mhist support local people who are struggling with their own mental health in a friendly, informal and welcoming environment and is worthy cause to dedicate the memory of David and Kelly to.

I have also set up a second fundraiser for Andy’s Man Club which is a charity dedicated to helping men to talk about their mental health struggles..
