This will be my 24th "long" ride! This year I'm having fun with girls' and boys' names. It's about 575 miles, from Paul near Penzance to Beverley, just north of Hull, and I'll be taking 10 days, during July. Come and meet me at the relevant place if you are appropriately named! Once again I shall be riding in aid of Dementia UK, who do a grand job supporting anyone affected by any form of dementia.
