In a few weeks, my team and I will be running a half marathon. I’ll be honest — I am not a runner. But training alongside my team has been such an inspiring experience. Our solidarity in committing to this challenge has become a real metaphor for how we work: pushing through obstacles together, supporting each other, and keeping pace no matter how tough it gets.

Working in tech over the last four years has been one of the most exciting steps in my career. When I first started, I didn’t fully understand the industry — it seemed like something distant, even unattainable. It was only through a referral that I got my foot in the door. Now, having seen firsthand how dynamic and full of opportunity this space is, I believe more than ever that tech needs diverse voices, fresh ideas, and talent from all kinds of backgrounds.

That’s why I’m running for Ada, the National College for Digital Skills. Ada helps young people from underrepresented backgrounds break into tech by giving them the skills, experience, and — most importantly — access to opportunities. They’re breaking down barriers, removing glass ceilings, and building a more inclusive future for our industry.

This cause matters to me because talent should never be limited by circumstance. I’m proud to support Ada’s mission, and I’d be so grateful if you could support it too. Every donation, no matter the size, helps create real opportunities for the next generation of digital innovators.
