Christopher Jolliffe is raising money for Royal Osteoporosis Society

Challenge 100

Better bone health for everybody. We’re proud to be the only UK-wide charity dedicated to improving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis. With more than 30 years of expertise and experience behind us, we are committed to helping keep the nation’s bones stronger for longer.

Story

Few people in the UK really understand what osteoporosis is. Even fewer understand the true extent of the impact it has on lives; robbing those affected of self-confidence, reducing independence and making everyday activities a challenge.

The Royal Osteoporosis Society do an amazing job at educating, providing resourses and support for those with osteoporosis and those wanting to reduce their chance of it.

We dream of a future without osteoporosis. You can help make it a reality.

Let’s Move for a Cause: Join BCA Challenge100 Week!

To celebrate the British Chiropractic Association’s 100th birthday, I’m inviting you to take part in a special fundraiser for the Royal Osteoporosis Society, a charity working to improve bone health and support people living with osteoporosis.

The challenge is simple: complete 100 reps or 100 seconds of a fun fitness challenge on the week commencing 28th July 2025. You can choose from:

• 100 Squats or sit-to-stands

• 100 Lunges

• 100 Press-ups or wall press-ups

• 100 Star jumps

• 100-second plank

• 100-wall sit

• Or, for the brave – 100 burpees or jumps/hops!

You can take part in the studio before or after class, or do it in your own time at home. Snap a picture, and either donate or raise sponsorship.

✅ Suggested donation: 10p per rep or second – or give whatever you can.

🧾 Donate online: www.justgiving.com/charity/theros

🖨️ Or use a sponsor form (ask me for a printable version)

Let’s celebrate movement, raise awareness for bone health, and support a fantastic cause together!

I will be taking on the challenge of doing 100 burpes in a row!
