As many of you will know, I hate running.

However, Redbridge Rainbow Community, of which my friend Simon is Chief Exec, is a wonderful local charity supporting the LGBTQ+ community in Redbridge. They run a range of activities and events to support the local community. including those affected by HIV. They also work with local services to ensure they are LGBTQ-inclusive, including supporting local people to feedback on and shape local services.

As a small charity, every donation can make a real difference to their work and help them to reach more people in Redbridge.

Please do support and help me feel the running bit has been worthwhile.
