I’m running the Great North Run because my great Grandma Irene went through Dementia before she passed, it was heartbreaking to see her not being able to recognise her family and not being in control of her actions.

Those who know me know I’m a bit into cars and racing, so what better way to give back than to Race Against Dementia in the Great North Run!
