In September, I will be cycling from Lisbon, Portugal, to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. This is a distance of about 400 miles. I will be doing this solo. I am intending to raise funds for Young People's Shop, which is a local charity in Chichester. It's aims are to give emotional support and counselling to children and young people aged between 11 and 25. Young people face many challenges now and for the future, so that any help that can be given to them will ensure a more positive future. My own personal experiences with mental health issues, makes me more determined to want to give others greater hope that difficulties can be overcome. Please donate generously to this very worthwhile charity.
