Construction is one of the toughest industries in the UK — not just physically, but mentally. Too many people across the sector face isolation, stress, poor mental health, and a lack of genuine support networks.

Construction Sport exists to change that.

It uses the power of sport, activity, and shared experiences to bring people together, break down barriers, and create a stronger, more connected construction community.

Whether it’s through participation, events, or simply creating spaces where people feel included and supported, Construction Sport is helping build friendships, confidence, camaraderie, and lasting support networks across the industry.

This is about more than sport.

It’s about wellbeing.

It’s about looking after the people who build our world.
