November through to April are the coldest months of the year. Glass Door provides shelter to 105 people per night during these cold nights. A warm meal, safety and a listening ear. Year-round, people find advice and support to end their homelessness through trained caseworkers based at partnering drop-in centres. During the hard months of winter, Glass Door also provides emergency winter accommodation.
