Belle is taking part in RedRun 2023 as part of our Team 'Plushealth Belles'. She was adopted by Chris in January this year from The Dogs Trust. She's an adorable and playful Staffie who loves to meet people and enjoys a long walk - so the RedRun event will be a perfect day out for her!

Belle will be walking 5km to raise awareness of HIV as Plushealth's resident mascot and also (hopefully) raise vital funds for Plushealth, the online HIV peer support charity.

Being able to talk to someone else living with HIV because, sadly, HIV remains a highly stigmatised health condition which can lead to isolation, loneliness and mental ill-health.

Plushealth provide FREE peer support through video calling apps, good old fashioned telephone calls or through instant messaging or email contact. Being online means Plushealth can support people wherever they live in the UK which is so important outside of the main city areas.
