Many of you will know that my amazing mum - Yvonne Sparks was diagnosed with MND in May 2022 and sadly died in November 2023. Mum loved to walk and trek - being in nature and just revelling in being alive.

The Yorkshire 3 Peaks is something we have talked about doing for some time - before mum died, so we thought we ought to just get on and do it!

Tony and I are taking on the challenge together with a team of trekkers all keen to raise money for MND.
