I’m running the TCS London Marathon 2026 as part of #TeamHDA 💚

The Huntington’s Disease Association support individuals and families impacted by Huntington’s Disease (HD). HD is a rare neurodegenerative, genetic condition for which there’s currently no cure. HD is cruel, resulting in a combination of physical, cognitive and emotional symptoms including involuntary movements, memory loss, personality changes and severe mental decline.

The impact of this disease reaches far beyond those diagnosed - it affects people at risk and the friends and families who walk alongside them. It’s grief that begins long before the end. It’s fear passed down through generations. It’s isolation, exhaustion, and heartbreak… again and again.

As someone personally affected, I know how isolating it can be to live in its shadow. Sometimes, you can’t make it better but thanks to the HDA, you don’t have to go through it alone.
