Every year, 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in the UK. And the support that people need isn’t available, with millions on waiting lists for mental health treatments. That’s why Mind and SAMH’s services are more important than ever.

As someone who has been 1 of the 1 in 4 I am taking part in multiple events to try and raise as much as I can for an incredible charity that means so much to me.

I will continue to take on as many challenges as I can - all I ask in return is to give as much or even as little as you can :)

Next up is a World first, completing a Marathon on top of a building running track - this is something that has never been completed before, running around 220 laps of the track. This isn’t a normal marathon, this is a challenge to push through the mental challenge, but nothing compared to those who are needing the help of SAMH every day.
