Our teams of beneficiaries, staff and friends are competing to go further, faster and higher over two days in the mountains of the French Alps during June. Supporters are vital too if we are to top other teams because there are points awarded for sponsorship income!

The Matt Hampson Foundation provides physical and emotional support to young people following life-changing injury and was created by Matt after his own injury as an England Under-21 rugby player back in 2005.

The charity inspires its beneficiaries to ‘get busy living’ by providing the skills, confidence and opportunities to adjust and enjoy fulfilling lives following injury.

In 2025, we mark 20 years since the accident which changed Matt’s life and its impact on others. To coincide with this anniversary, he has big plans to extend the Foundation’s Get Busy Living Centre.
