Continuous spin-classes weren't enough, so the option came to hit the road and cycle 103miles in a big loop instead. Ambitious or foolish. Either way, a handful of us will be rising at the crack of dawn to join thousands of others riding through pot hole ridden East London to the glorious countryside. Some will win, others may get stuck and if we get storms like we've had over the last few months.... Well, it's going to be a ride! But we're doing it for one of CIBC's nominated charities - Skyway.

SkyWay (based in Shoreditch) provides end-to-end support to young people with a particular focus on the transition ages supporting them to become positive role models and leaders in their communities. They focus on progression pathways, peer to peer work, developing social and emotional skills and outlook. Activities include 'drop in' youth club activities in various locations, outreach and detached work, sports activities, music and media production, holiday activities and lifestyle training and support - all of which are free to the young people who use them.

The Skyway team will be out to support on Tooley Street, London Bridge if you want to join the big fun on the day.
