The Cave Rescue Organisation (CRO) provides a Cave, Mountain and Animal Rescue Service in the 3 Peaks and Malham area of the Yorkshire Dales. The organisation is a charity and the team is made up entirely of volunteers.

The operating costs for the team are between £45,000-£50,000 per year and they have to raise most of this themselves.

This year's event will take place on the 18th May 2024 and I will be taking part (last marathon in my 30’s!)
