For the first time ever, I’m taking on a challenge with my mum, Angela (67) and my sister, Cheryl (49). Together, we’re lacing up our trainers for Run the Runway Dundee 2025, a 5km event in support of Maggie’s Centres, who do incredible work helping people affected by cancer.

We’re a mixed bunch when it comes to taking part in physical challenges. Mum’s showing that age is no barrier, Cheryl’s stepping outside her comfort zone, and I’m really proud to be doing this as a team with two of the strongest women I know.

Maggie’s Centres offer vital emotional and practical support to people facing cancer and their loved ones. Like so many, our family has felt the impact of cancer. We want to give back to the organisation that helps so many people navigate one of life’s toughest journeys.

This isn’t just an event, it’s a show of solidarity, love, and strength. We’d be so grateful for your support. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Maggie’s continue their life-changing work.
