After nearly 29 years as a couple and each being interested in music for at least 40 years, we feel the joy and wellbeing that music brings is an experience everyone who wants it should have in their lives.

Reaching the milestone age of 50, there is not a lot we really wanted by way of gifts, and we would rather you helped us give the gift of music to people who might otherwise not have access to it. Music For All provides opportunities for people in all types of circumstances, who could benefit from what musical tuition or playing in groups or giving them an enjoyable and mood-enhancing focus in their lives can bring.

The target of £1974 is not important but it would be symbolic as being the year we were born, and a pretty fine year for music it was too!
