Hi!

One of my main passions in life is gaming, and over the past few years, I have been able to share this through streaming; building a small, committed community of supportive friends and followers. Last year, my community, and all of the brilliant people surrounding it, raised a fantastic £2,720 for Children with Cancer UK. But, this year, I am aiming higher, with a target of £3,000.

I have chosen the charity Children with Cancer UK for a second year running, because cancer touches everyone's life in some way, be it through a family member, friend, or colleague. My Mum is currently battling stage 3 cancer and is now undergoing chemotherapy as part of her treatment. I have lost both my Uncle and Auntie to cancer and I know a couple of people, even within the Pro Clubs community, in their early 20's battling this dreadful disease. These people I take huge inspiration from every day and are the reason why I do these annual fundraisers.

It's heartbreaking to think of young individuals, who have barely begun to explore life's possibilities, being confronted with such a challenge. So please donate whatever you can to this worthy charity to support families, research, raise awareness and to contribute towards an increase in childhood cancer survival rates and improved quality of life for patients.

The Children with Cancer UK charity helps families and children with cancer, and funds research into improving and creating life-saving treatments. 'Around 4,200 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK*. That’s around 10 children and young people diagnosed with cancer every day.'
