CavanaghKelly's Charity of the Year 2023 is the Children’s Heartbeat Trust. This is a local charity in Northern Ireland providing practical, emotional and financial support to children and young people living with congenital heart disease (CHD). They work closely with the paediatric cardiology team at Clark Clinic in the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children to ensure that children and their families receive the best care, treatment and support possible.

This charity has been of great support to CavanaghKelly's own Sophia Kerr and her family. Sophia and Joel's son Raffy, was born with a severe CHD in June of last year. The family spent 15 weeks in hospital with Raffy and during that time the Children's Heartbeat Trust provided huge guidance and support - little Raffy continues to make such great progress!

This charity does not receive any government funding and are reliant on voluntary donations to fund its services. Every donation is greatly appreciated.
