We are CFRs, professional volunteers who attend life threatening 999 calls in the Clacton & St Osyth area. We are often first on scene prior to the ambulances arrival and able to provide vital life-saving care until the ambulance crews arrive.

Responding in a large area from Little Clacton to Point Clear we desperately need a 2nd kit bag so that more of us can go on call at the same time and reduce gaps in cover. These cost around £4,000 and have to be paid for through donations specifically to this R313 group.

Little Clacton Tennis Club have kindly adopted us as their Charity of the Year 2026. If you are a member then please include "TC" in the title of your donation so we can get an accurate figure of the amount raised by the club.
