On 15/10/22023 a team from CrossFit Vastus are doing The Battle Cancer Cross Fit Challenge at Olympia London.

We are called What The HECC (for Heather, Emma, Chris, Clair)

We are doing 5 rounds of Challenges over 2.5 hours and are fund raising for Penny Brohn.

Penny Brohn UK is a cancer health and wellbeing charity.

They help people feel better in mind, body and spirit by offering everybody with cancer a choice of personalised cancer care. All free, safe and backed by research.
