Story

Hey lovely friends family and supporters.

I've mentally (the irony) got myself into a head space of "I can achieve this" 🤯💯

Two weekends back I did my first proper long distance walk and saw where my body and mind were at- for an fyi neither were in a particularly great space.

I achieved the goal of that 20km walk because I have been able to put into practice the multiple therapies and therapists I've engaged with over the past 8 years (post natal depression, depression, breakdown, anxiety, exhaustion, abuse of alcohol), in part funded by Mind. I walked alongside two lovely gentlemen Tom Gallent Adam Gaymer and had great support from my loved ones and friends. 💓

No one person's journey with mental health is ever the same and your mind is yours. 🫂

This charity has been supporting me via various services and their website throughout some horrendous times. It's important to me and I hope to others that whatever funds we can raise it helps this worthy charity

I have great days now and even greater days ahead and this is why I am doing a 2 day 100km challenge on the 18th May..it is no longer a challenge.... It is now my future achievement 💪💪💪!!!

I will be sharing updates via social media, Strava and general messages. Be prepared 💃 for the red faced, sweaty, out of breath posts, images and clips. I absolutely will be having a lovely giggle at myself too.😏😁
