This year I turned 50 in April, and as a challenge to myself I am walking the 2026 Yes to Life Global Camino Challenge to help raise £100,000 for people living with cancer. I'll be joining the Yes to Life team to walk 120km along the Portuguese Way from Vigo to Santiago de Compestela, Spain from the 03-11 October. Sadly, many of these complementary therapies are still not widely referred to by Standard of Care Oncology teams despite the growing evidence for their role in cancer survivorship and improved quality of life. Many people lose hope and go on believing there is nothing they can do to support their cancer journey.

Walking the Yes to Life Camino is my way of giving other families the gift of choice.
