This year I turn 50 and as a challenge I am walking the 2026 Yes to Life Global Camino Challenge to help raise £100,000 for people living with cancer. I'll be joining the Yes to Life team to walk 120km along the Portuguese Way from Vigo to Santiago de Compestela, Spain.

In the twenty years since my family lost my father John to cancer there are now more choices than ever for integrative cancer care. Walking the Yes to Life Camino is my way of giving other families the gift of choice.

Yes to Life is the UK's integrative cancer care charity with a unique focus on managing cancer as a chronic disease – mediated by multi-factorial metabolic, emotional, and environmental factors - which sets them apart from many other cancer charities who focus solely on cancer research and/or finding a cancer cure.

Help me reach my goal as I walk with others in solidarity of the cancer journey and as a reminder that we can face challenges 'together every step of the way'.
