The last time I went abseiling I was as an excitable, thrill-seeking teenager in the school mountaineering club. I may no longer be that teenager, but I still embrace the challenges of climbing life's mountains.

Having proudly worked at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for over 20 years, I have witnessed the lifechanging impact our charity CW+ makes in ensuring that every patient receives outstanding care. Their vision is not just about providing medical services; it’s about creating world-class facilities, driving innovation and research and enhancing the wellbeing of both patients and staff.
