Trek for Tomorrow 2025 · 7 September 2025 · Start fundraising for this event

We’ll walk for those we’ve lost. We’ll walk to celebrate those who've survived. And we’ll walk to smash the stigma around suicide and get people talking. This isn’t a walk in the park - it’s a life-changing (and life-saving) trek.

Story

On the 7th September I'm taking on the Trek for Tomorrow for Campaign Against Living Miserably. The trek will be a very challenging and physically demanding 20 miles over the Peak District beginning in the town of Matlock. I'll be joined by Tony and we'll be thinking of Alfie every step of the way.

Your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500. Every little bit helps. Thank you for your support.

We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and standing together to show life is always worth living.

Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. CALM exists to change this - by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
