Story
I'm doing the Kiltwalk on 26th April to raise money for the Beatson Charity, and I'm doing it for my amazing little sister, Louise, who's currently battling stage 4 cervical cancer. If she can endure endless rounds of gruelling treatments and appointments then I can walk 22 miles as part of Lou’s crew.
The Beatson is at the forefront of cancer research and treatment, and every bit of support counts. I'm hoping to raise some much-needed funds to help them keep doing their incredible work. Having spent a fair amount of time there in the past few years I can testify that it is an amazing place for cancer patients and their families.
Louise is an inspiration to us all, and her strength and courage are what inspires us to take on this challenge. She's not just my sister though; she's a loving wife, a fantastic mum and beloved friend to many, and we're all rallying around her with love and support.
If you're able to sponsor me, it'd mean the world. Thank you 🫶🏻
