Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am attempting to climb Kilimanjaro in February for The Kid's Village. 2024 is going to be a big year for us (keep an eye on the website) and we are kickstarting the year with a big challenge. We will be trekking (crawling!) up Kilimanjaro with a group of 20 others, all raising money for the Kid's Village. This year we plan to raise the funds to build the village after a long battle with the planning department and legalities but we have finally got the green light, ticked all the right boxes and a fantastic team of fundraisers ready to set the world alight and get this amazing facility built!

I will be honest ...i'm not a fan of mountains or camping but i will do my absolute best to summit this famous mountain and make the most of this incredible experience. Gary ...well he's up for it as you would expect but neither of us can be sure if altitude will be our friend or not? We are doing all we can fitness wise and getting all the right kit so fingers crossed .
