Story

To raise money and awareness of Kleefstra syndrome, I am taking on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge — pushing myself to climb the highest mountains in Wales in honour of my Son James and every family affected by Kleefstra syndrome.

Before James was diagnosed with Kleefstra Syndrome, I had never even heard the words. Now, it is part of our everyday life — bringing uncertainty, challenges, hospital appointments, and questions no parent is ever prepared for.

James is an amazing boy, he has the brightest smile, the kindest soul, and a strength that inspires us every single day. But behind the smiles are struggles that most people never see — developmental delays, communication difficulties, and the reality of living with a rare condition that so few people understand.

Rare conditions often receive little funding and limited attention, which is why every donation matters so much. Your support will help fund awareness, research, and support for families navigating life with Kleefstra syndrome.

If you are able to donate or simply share this page, every little helps.

I am truly grateful for all the support.
