In November 2025, my nephew Rory sadly passed away, aged 33, following his ongoing mental health struggles. Whilst completely devastating for our family and all who knew and loved Rory, I want to do something positive to remember him and to raise much needed funds towards support for mental health. I will be running the Chester Half Marathon on the 17th May 2026.
