I have taken on the 'Peak the Reek' challenge with some other eejits from the 'Women of Irish Heritage' business network to raise funds in support of 'Fréa' and the work it's 3 partner charities do to help vulnerable Irish people across the North of England.

At the end of September we will be travelling to Co. Mayo on the west cost of Ireland to climb the 2,500ft to the summit of Croagh Patrick. (Possibly on our hands & knees, though not intentionally).

Those of you who know me, know I'm not a regular hiker (or even an irregular one). So this is likely to be a tough enough gig for me.
