All Scout groups are self-funded charities and with us charging £14 per month per child to keep the cost affordable to all, we find it difficult to cover the basic cost to run, let alone make improvements.

We are trying to build an outside classroom so we can deliver scouting skills all year round. Our hut is small, so it is very difficult to deliver the practical skills that all the scouts love taking part in over the autumn & winter. This outdoor space will give our scout group & other local scout groups that don’t have outdoor space the amazing opportunity to perfect traditional and new scouting skills.
