Earlier this year, Mel and I decided that we wanted to do a Hyrox and before you say it, yes we must be mad!

We are doing the Hyrox women’s doubles in Manchester on 23rd January 2026 and have been training for the last 6 months.

We have decided to raise money for Elsie’s Story as it is a charity close to our heart.
