I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2025 and without the support of my friends, family and the Aurora Wellbeing Centre I could not have made it this far. I remember saying to my nurse when she introduced me to Aurora, its ok I will save it for someone else who needs it. She said but you need it right now and how right she was. I still use the service and will continue to do so as I head into phase 2 of my treatment. I have met some incredible people and want to give something back to help others just like me.
