This June I will be stepping out of my comfort zone; ditching my beloved heels for walking boots and my bed for a tent to trek 100km along the Jurassic Coast with Giovanni Fletcher and a team of celebrity camp leaders to raise awareness and funds for CoppaFeels life saving mission to stamp out the late diagnosis of breast cancer by educating young people on regularly checking their chests and having the confidence to know when something doesn’t feel right.

As many of you know I am receiving treatment for stage 3 invasive breast cancer and feel along the way I’ve lost a little of my confidence and sparkle so I feel taking on this challenge whilst helping to raise awareness that early detection can save lives may help me feel that I have achieved something that I never thought would have been possible this time last year. I am also hoping to finish my chemotherapy drug this August so it will be a great celebration of that milestone.

If you are able to support me in my fundraising efforts then I would be extremely grateful as this cause means a lot to me but I understand that some of you may not be able to donate at this time so sharing my fundraising page will also help me so much.

In the meantime, move your body, look after your health, push the boundaries and embrace new challenges because life if for living!
