On Saturday 10th October, myself, Jackie Plane and Eileen Plane will be taking part in the Pendleside Hospice Starlight Walk, walking under the stars in celebration and remembrance of loved ones no long with us to support of local hospice care.

This will be in special memory of the incredible Ray Plane particularly.

Pendleside Hospice provides compassionate care and support to patients and families across Burnley and Pendle at some of life's most difficult times. It costs £6.8 million each year to provide these vital services, yet only 20% of this funding comes from statutory sources. The remaining amount must be raised through donations, fundraising events and the generosity of supporters like you.

That's why we are taking on the Starlight Walk. Every step we take and every pound you donate will help Pendleside Hospice continue to deliver outstanding care to local people when they need it most.
