A 5k is my preferred running distance so a half marathon certainly is a challenge. I was asked by a wonderful lady to take on this challenge for JCT and couldn’t say no. It is such a wonderful charity, run purely by volunteers.

JCT provides respite breaks which enable families who have a child with complex medical needs or have suffered the loss of a parent or child, to relax, recharge and have fun away from the stresses and strains of daily life. Creating the time and space to breathe, making lifelong happy memories.

Even the smallest contributions would be gratefully recieved ❤️
