On the 3rd - 5th September, I will be taking part in a bike ride from London to Amsterdam raising money for the Grocery Aid. Grocery Aid are a fantastic charity who provide financial, emotional, and practical support to people working in grocery.

This event has given me the momentum to get back on the bike and rediscover my love for cycling. We will be covering 319km over 3 days with a few hills chucked in for fun!
