For some reason I can’t quite fathom I decided to take part in the Manchester Marathon on Sunday 27th April 2025.

I’ve been training for this for some weeks now and it is waaayyyyy harder than I ever imagined!! So overcast up this fundraiser to keep me going over the final few weeks and also to raise money in memory of my lovely Mum for Kirkwood Hospice who do amazing work and were a fabulous support to my Mum and all the family in the last few months and weeks of her life.

So come on, dig deep!! This is a flipping marathon I’m doing!! 🏃‍♀️💨😰😍

Your £10 donation could fund a virtual wellbeing session for a patient living with heart failure.

A donation of £50 could pay for specialist counselling support for a patient and their family.

£100 could provide vital support to a patient in their own home from one of The Kirkwood Nurses.

The Kirkwood are here to support anyone affected by a life limiting illness, every step of the way. Right now, over 3,000 people in Kirklees are living with an illness from which they will not recover. Your support means we’re here for them.
