As a passionate Yoga teacher and practitioner, I find inspiration in the remarkable parallels between the Marines and Yogis. Both embody selflessness, humility, strength, and determination—a shared desire to serve others and make a meaningful impact in the world.

This June, I invite you to join me in a personal challenge: 108 Sun Salutes to honor the Marines. You can complete this challenge in your own way throughout the month of June.

Yoga studios are encouraged to host a Solstice Day event—let's make it a day of unity and support for our brave Marines! Consider setting up a 'Wet & Cake Station' with tea and cake to boost donations while keeping our troops fueled.

If you're new to Yoga, this is your chance to embrace the practice while completing 108 Sun Salutations in June. Not only will you grow stronger, but you'll also enhance your wellness journey. Gather your Yoga comrades for Team Yoga—together we can share the 108 Sun Salutes and foster a supportive team spirit.

Schools, colleges, health centers—the possibilities are endless! Please feel free to reach out for support or ideas on how we can make this event impactful together.

The entry fee is £20 per person with an aim to raise £108 per yogi through sponsorships.
