Claire and Sara are taking on 13.1 miles (a half marathon) on Sunday 12 October to help save lives across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex.

🫁 £20 could buy a vital kit used to drain blood or air from a patients injured chest, allowing their lungs to work properly.

🩸 £12 could pay for a pair of bite blocks used to splint the face to help control bleeding.
