Myton Hospice helped a family very dear to me, so it would be good to help others.

Clampy's hot sauce is something I created nealry 20years ago now. People liked it, and it got a bit of a following. I thought this might be a good way to do something good, so I began to ask for a small donation in return for a tangy bottle.

Over the years, doing this has raised about £4000 in total, which was for the benefit of Cancer research and the Alzheimer's society. Now, the proceeds will go to Myton Hospices to help in a small way for such a worthy cause.

At The Myton Hospices we believe that everyone matters for every single moment of their life; we focus on enhancing life when cure is no longer an option. We are leaders in compassionate end of life care; our work centres on our patients and involving them in decisions about their care. Perhaps most importantly we give them more quality time with their loved ones.

Last year we supported more than 1,500 people and their families, in our three hospices, via our patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home.
