Story
Support us as we raise funds through the entirety of November, ahead of World AIDS Day 2023, for Terrence Higgins Trust's 2030 target of eliminating new HIV transmissions.
Terrence Higgins Trust is the UK's leading HIV and sexual health charity. We support people living with HIV and amplify their voices, and help the people using our services to achieve good sexual health.
Ally Wolf, General Manager and Programmer at The Clapham Grand said: “Our venue is recognised across London as one of the most inclusive spaces in the city, and we really do pride ourselves on being a home for everybody. It’s vitally important that venues of our size and reputation use our resources to support important causes for marginalised communities, such as those concerned with World AIDS Day.”
Richard Angell, Chief Executive of Terrence Higgins Trust, said: "We’re delighted to be partnering with the Clapham Grand for World AIDS Day. Theatres, actors and performers have been at the forefront in the fight against HIV raising vital money for charities. The money raised from this partnership helps to fund support for people living with HIV, work towards ending new cases of HIV by 2030 and making sexual and reproductive health the national priority it deserves to be. We’re so grateful for the generous support of Clapham Grand and their audiences.”
Your support helps us work towards a world where:
• There are no new HIV cases.
• People living with HIV get the support they need.
• Everyone can access good quality sexual and reproductive health services and information tailored to their individual needs.
• HIV and sexual and reproductive health free from shame and stigma.
