In November, myself, along with four other colleagues from RMG will be taking on an incredible challenge: a multi‑day trek across the Sahara Desert - walking in intense heat, over endless dunes, and through remote terrain - all to raise money for The Joshua Tree, a charity we are immensely proud to support.

The Joshua Tree is a Cheshire‑based Children’s Cancer Charity supporting families across the North West and North Wales who are affected by childhood cancers. Their work is completely life‑changing. They tailor support to each family’s needs — whether that’s counselling, emotional support, therapeutic play, wellbeing activities, or crucial help around education at home and school. Their mission is simple but powerful: to ensure that life remains as normal as possible during an incredibly traumatic time.

As a team, we wanted to do something meaningful to help ensure this support can continue for every family who needs it. The Sahara Trek is a huge physical and mental challenge, but nothing compared to what these children and families face every day.

Every donation - big or small - will directly support The Joshua Tree’s vital services and help them continue to be there when families need them most.
