The human brain is a wondrous thing that we so often take for granted. Mine hasn't always behaved quite how I would like, but experts in this area have taught me ways to turn it around before it got too serious. So it's been a privilege to take part in a Sunset at Snowdon Hike with a fab group of people to raise money for The Brain Charity who help & support people affected by all manner of neurological conditions. The hike itself was an exercise (pardon the pun!) in mind over matter during 40mph winds and driving rain, well worth the effort in terms of personal achievement alone.
