Having just completed the Couch to 5k programme, at age 56, I really wanted to have an excuse to continue running.

The Terrence Higgins Trust Red Run is a yearly 5/10k aimed at fundraising for the charity and raising awareness, centred around World Aids Day.

Terrence Higgins Trust is the UK's leading HIV and sexual health charity. We support people living with HIV and amplify their voices, and help the people using our services to achieve good sexual health.
