16th November 2024 marks 40 years since my Dad passed away. The run will be a physical and mental challenge for me, that I wish to complete in his memory whilst raising money for a very worthy cause.

I know that my dad will be proud of me for the life-changing volunteer work I do for the Samaritans charity.

Responding to a call with the Samaritans, is vital to save and change lives.

Samaritans is here for anyone struggling to cope – day or night, 365 days a year. We take action to prevent people reaching crisis point, helping people find ways to cope and learn the skills to be there for others. We campaign to make suicide prevention a priority.
