Wanting to give myself a challenge and something to focus on, I've signed up for The Great South Run.

I thought while I was at it, I might be able to raise some funds for St Wilfrids Hospice - who provided such fantastic care to my wonderful Mum, Julie in her final days earlier this year.

I don't think anyone realises how vital (and truly wonderful!) Hospice care is until it touches their life. My family & I will feel forever grateful to the amazing team at St Wilfrids for the care and compassion they showed to our Mum (and us) whilst she was with them. I'd like to take this chance to do a little something to give back.
