Charlie and I are taking part in the St Leonard's Hospice Moonlight Walk on Saturday 9th September, in memory of our dear Grandad Joe, who was so gently cared for in the final weeks of his life.

The care of the Hospice is free to all patients, however is not free to provide. I don't know what we would have done without St Leonard's Hospice, therefore feel it is vital to support their fundraising efforts so that others are so lovingly cared for in their time of need.
